These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the More Longevity and Wellbeing Affiliate Program. By joining the program, you agree to abide by these Terms, our general Terms of Service, and any additional policies or guidelines we may introduce.
1. Program Enrollment
1.1 To participate, affiliates must apply through our designated registration page.
1.2 We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
1.3 Affiliates may only participate after receiving written approval via email.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1 Promotion Guidelines: Affiliates may use only approved marketing materials, such as banners, product images, and promotional resources, provided by us.
2.2 Coupon Code Usage: Affiliates may request custom coupon codes; however, all codes require prior approval. Unapproved codes or unauthorized promotions may result in termination from the program.
2.3 Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising guidelines such as FTC disclosure requirements.
3. Commissions and Payments
3.1 Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 10% commission on every eligible sale through their unique link or approved coupon code.
3.2 Commission Adjustments: We reserve the right to increase commission rates based on performance or promotional campaigns.
3.3 Payout Threshold: The minimum payout threshold is $100. If the threshold is not reached, the balance will carry over to the following month.
3.4 Payment Method: Payments will be made via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
3.5 Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, with payouts made during the last week of the following month after the grace period ends (e.g., June commissions are paid in the last week of July).
4. Order Returns and Cancellations
4.1 Returns: If a customer returns a product, the commission for that sale will be reversed and deducted from future payouts.
4.2 Cancellations: Orders canceled by customers are ineligible for commissions.
4.3 Fraudulent Transactions: We reserve the right to withhold commissions on any sale deemed fraudulent or non-compliant with these Terms.
5. Cookie Tracking and Attribution
5.1 Cookie Duration: Affiliate links have a 30-day cookie window. If a referred customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking the affiliate link, the affiliate will receive the commission.
5.2 Last Click Attribution: Commissions will be awarded based on the last-click model. If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, only the affiliate associated with the final referral link will earn the commission.
5.3 Link Interference: Affiliates may not interfere with tracking mechanisms by altering links or using deceptive practices to hijack commissions.
6. Affiliate Dashboard
6.1 Affiliates will have access to a personal dashboard to track real-time performance, including clicks, sales, and commissions.
6.2 Any discrepancies in tracking or commission calculations must be reported within 30 days of occurrence for review.
7. Termination and Suspension
7.1 Termination by Affiliate: Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by notifying us in writing.
7.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account for violating these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of promotional materials, or at our sole discretion.
7.3 Post-Termination: Upon termination, affiliates will no longer earn commissions on new sales. Any unpaid commissions will be paid out, provided the $100 threshold is met, and no fraudulent activity is detected.
8. Tax Obligations
8.1 Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on commissions earned.
8.2 We may require affiliates to submit tax-related documents, such as W-9 or W-8 forms, depending on their location and tax obligations. Failure to provide required documentation may result in delayed or withheld payments.
9. Modification of Terms
9.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9.2 It is the affiliate’s responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed about any modifications.
10. Liability and Indemnification
10.1 Affiliates participate in the program at their own risk. We make no guarantees regarding income or sales volume.
10.2 Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless More Longevity and Wellbeing from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to improper promotions or non-compliance with laws.
11. Confidentiality
11.1 Affiliates may receive confidential information, including sales data or product updates. Such information must not be disclosed or used for purposes outside the affiliate relationship.
12. Governing Law and Disputes

13. Prohibition of Medical Claims

14. Prohibition of Medical Terminology
14.1 Affiliates are prohibited from using medical terminology in any marketing or promotional material. Terms such as “cure,” “treatment,” “prevent,” “remedy,” or other medically related terms are strictly forbidden. Affiliates may only use pre-approved terms, such as “supports general health,” “boosts energy,” or “promotes overall well-being.”
15. Prohibition of Medicare and Health Insurance Claims
15.1 Affiliates are prohibited from associating More Longevity & Wellbeing products with any Medicare claims, insurance claims, or reimbursement programs. The products are not intended for use in insurance or health reimbursement systems.
16. Use of Approved Information Only
16.1 Affiliates must only use information provided on the official More Longevity & Wellbeing website when promoting products. This ensures that content shared is accurate and aligned with company guidelines.
17. Content Approval Policy
17.1 Any content discussing the benefits of More Longevity & Wellbeing products must be submitted for approval before publication. The company reserves the right to modify or reject content that does not comply with legal requirements and guidelines.
18. Medical Disclaimer
18.1 More Longevity & Wellbeing’s products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. As an affiliate, you are responsible for ensuring that content includes this disclaimer where appropriate.
19. Legal Responsibility for Unauthorized Medical Claims
19.1 Affiliates who make unauthorized medical claims will be held legally responsible for their actions. More Longevity & Wellbeing will not bear liability for false claims made by affiliates.
20. Monitoring and Termination of Affiliate Status
20.1 More Longevity & Wellbeing reserves the right to monitor affiliate activities for compliance. Affiliates who violate these guidelines may be terminated from the program.
21. Indemnification Clause
21.1 Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless More Longevity & Wellbeing in the event of any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from unauthorized medical claims or other breaches of these Terms.
